Kenneth R. Jenkins poet

HELLO MY NAME IS.....

Kenneth R. Jenkins a freelance writer, poet, minister, podcast host/producer, living with his wife Vanessa in Savannah, GA. Born 1 June 1961 in Augusta, GA, he spent most of his life in Chicago, IL and that's at a very young age is when he discovered his newfound talent after reading Dr. Seuss books his mother brought for him and his younger brother Kevin at the time. At age 17, he published his first poem in the local publication,  Westside Weekly in Savannah, GA. Then for 10 years wrote for the local newspaper The Savannah Herald where he published both poetry and news commentary. Mr. Jenkins is author of four books of poetry all self-published. He is a poet, freelance writer, podcast producer/host, minister, devoted husband living in Historic Savannah, GA.
